Be aware of the laws for second-hand goods and prohibited materials in your country as we will not be able to ship specific items to some countries or territories.

No. We are obligated to mark all items as merchandise and declare the right amount for all the items. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any duties charged and our service does not cover any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.

Before returning any item please contact us at customersupport@zenplus.jp within a week of receiving the package for more details regarding any return/refund/replacement. Your item may be eligble for a refund, but we cannot accept returns that we have not been contacted about in advance.
