1. Do you offer discounts to new users?

2. Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all countries where Japan Post air freight services and international couriers (FedEx, DHL, etc) currently operate. We do not use surface mail. Be aware of the laws for second-hand goods and prohibited materials in your country as we will not be able to ship specific items to some countries or territories.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of your parcel. We provide shipping costs for your order at checkout.
4. Will I be charged a customs (import) fee?
Custom fees, import taxes and other requirements depend on the destination country and its customs rules and regulations. Please check with your customs office for specific info about your case (such as the US Customs Office).
5. Can you change the declared value of my item or mark my item as a gift to avoid customs fees?
No. We are obligated to mark all items as merchandise and declare the right amount for all the items. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any duties charged and our service does not cover any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.
6. What is ZenPlus Return Policy?
Before returning any item please contact us at customersupport@zenplus.jp within a week of receiving the package for more details regarding any return/refund/replacement. Your item may be eligble for a refund, but we cannot accept returns that we have not been contacted about in advance.
